1. Information we may collect

When you use our contact form, we may collect:

• Email
• The type of service you select
• A website URL you choose to provide
• Your project description or message

If you choose to include a scan report, we will verify access before attaching its ID, website URL, score and coverage.

When you use the website scanner, we may save:

• The public website URL you submit
• The time of the scan
• Technical check results
• Historical scan and comparison data

Your browser stores an anonymous access credential for scan history and comparisons. Clearing browser data or switching browsers may remove access to that history. If browser storage is blocked, the credential remains available only in the current tab.

To keep the website secure and operational and to diagnose errors, infrastructure providers may process necessary technical information, including IP addresses, request logs and error logs.

Our production website uses Google Analytics 4 to analyze page views, scanner actions, service and case-study interactions, and successful contact submissions. This service uses cookies and browser identifiers and processes device and approximate location information. We do not send your email, message, scanned URL or report access credentials to Analytics, and we do not enable ad personalization. You can restrict cookies in your browser settings.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, credit card details, identity numbers or other sensitive information unrelated to our services.

2. How we use information

We may use information to:

• Provide website checks and result comparisons
• Respond to inquiries and project requests
• Provide services you request
• Improve Tomorrow Found’s website and services
• Maintain security, diagnose errors and prevent abuse
• Fulfill an established service or working relationship

Using our free scanner or contact form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. We would request separate consent.

3. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of collection, provide services, maintain security or meet applicable legal obligations.

When information is no longer needed, we will delete it, stop using it or de-identify it according to our systems and service requirements.

4. Processing locations and recipients

Information may be processed in Taiwan and in the locations where our website infrastructure, database, email and other service providers operate or provide services.

Providers process information only to the extent necessary to deliver our services.

5. Third-party service providers

Tomorrow Found may currently use the following services:

Cloudflare

Provides DNS, network delivery, security and Cloudflare Workers for website and backend functions. It processes technical information and necessary request logs for network delivery and security.

Supabase

Stores scanned URLs, scan results and historical records.

Resend

Processes contact form content and email information to deliver messages.

Google Analytics 4

Analyzes production website usage and service entry points, processing page views, interaction events and related device information.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

• Inquire about or access your personal data
• Receive a copy
• Supplement or correct it
• Stop its collection, processing or use
• Have it deleted

7. Choosing not to provide information

You may choose not to provide personal information. However:

• Without an email address, we may be unable to respond to your inquiry.
• Without a website URL, we cannot run a website check.
• Without relevant project information, we may be unable to assess or provide the requested services.

We may update this policy when our services, data handling practices or service providers change.
